There was no way VS-A.GROUP® would exhibit their 30th Anniversary in an orthodox manner.

As such an internal discussion to place. The central theme was sought to answer the question: ‘How can we represent our body of work to a caliber representative of the VS-A ethos?’

In typical fashion the brief was broken down into it’s defining design parameters; Simplicity and cost-efficiency were our first concerns; Easy installation and transportation were quickly added.

This would eventually inspire us to explore origami techniques with a single sheet of thin aluminium.

The result passed our expectations, yet still can be further developed in any number of origami related directions.
